2019 Walter Annenberg Lecture: Jason Moran

Composer and multimedia artist Jason Moran works at the intersection of jazz and the visual arts. His broad oeuvre in composition, improvisation, and performance challenges audiences to think beyond conventional boundaries between the arts. For the 2019 Walter Annenberg Lecture, Moran speaks about his practice and the history of jazz and its role in American art and culture with Adam D. Weinberg, the Museum’s Alice Pratt Brown Director.
